Three days, two coastal villages and six structured learning sessions.
The workshop is a three-day participatory process for the villages of Sugian and Seruni Mumbul in East Lombok. It brings village representatives, community groups, local government agencies and practitioners into one room to write down — together — how mangrove ecotourism should be run, what must be protected, and how the money should be shared.
Sessions are led by practitioners from BPSPL Denpasar, the East Lombok Search and Rescue agency and the MARVEL facilitation team. The method is deliberately practical: short technical inputs, followed by group work, simulation and joint drafting.
This portal documents that process and keeps its outputs available to the people who will implement them. Every document carries a status. A draft stays a draft until the village and the programme team say otherwise.
